Two UA students, Matthew Crump and Lauren Brue, Crump's girlfriend, were killed in a Walker County plane crash at about 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Crump's parents, Bobby and Jan Crump of Jasper, were also killed in the crash. The Crump family and Brue took off from the Walker County airport, about six miles north of Jasper, on their way to Gulf Shores for a vacation when the plane crashed in a wooded area near the airport shortly after they took off.
